When Comet was at the shelter, he was the dog used to determine if another dog was dog-social. Hey, what about Comet!  How easily big, black dogs are overlooked. But not in Comet's case. He's ours now!

Comet is strong and not good on a leash at the moment, but we have a wonderful volunteer named Jim who converts the most boisterous lug of a dog into a model citizen. So we can't wait for the two to meet each other!

As for Comet, you can see he is engaging, friendly, and loves people.  Once Comet is focused and learns some manners, he will be a fantastic family dog or best friend of someone who wants a larger dog. See how he's doing at an upcoming adoption show!
