Would you believe that Dalton's prior owners kept him tied under a truck? He was and still is only a puppy! He was taken away from his owners by Animal Control thanks to a tip to one of our volunteers who works on animal cruelty cases. Dalton's a lucky little guy who will simply start life over. He has no emotional "baggage" from his former neglected and loveless life.

Dobermans are playful, funny, mindful dogs. Dalton is living up to his lineage, and he has other endearing traits to charm his future adopter. Dalton is amazingly affectionate and loves to nuzzle. When you oblige him with caresses, he sighs with great happiness and has even been known to fall asleep. Dalton is a good boy and would be a great second dog for a family dog who likes to play. Dalton's a very sweet, trusting pup who is a bit shy at adoption shows. Visit with Dalton a while to find out how wonderful he truly is!
