Gavin
started out his "DAWG life" as a silly happy pup, but after a bout of GI
problems, he seemed to change. As a result, he has become wary of some
people...at times, even people he knows! If he knows the person, he recovers
and then wags a greeting. Yes, we checked his eyes and are working with him
to get him over this strange new element of his otherwise charming
personality. But considering how he needs to build his confidence in people
and his surroundings, he may not be the best choice for a busy or
inexperienced home, or one with younger children.
We love Gavin because he is so affectionate (he hugs!), but we understand it
might take a while to find someone who is a good fit for him. Maybe you're
the one. After all, you clicked on Gavin!
