Ice has led a "yo-yo" life so far. Her original owners released her to the shelter after Ice escaped from them. We're pretty sure Ice was a "dog house dog," left alone and bored. Of course "dog house dogs" are normally just dying to meet people and get the attention they are starving for and deserve. Ice is pretty smart to have decided to look for a better life, although Ice will never know how perilous that journey was. But that's behind her now.

There's more to Ice than looks (which make people stop and stare in admiration). Her volunteer friend at the shelter reported that Ice is friendly, mannerly and wonderful in all ways, and will give you a paw for treats. In fact, Ice uses her paw to get you to dispense as many treats as possible. What a ham!  Ice also rolls on her back for tummy rubs and wraps her paw around your hand. Ice also loves other dogs. Sounds pretty perfect to us!

Ice will melt when she meets her future family. If you think you are the adopter for Ice, be sure to inquire or apply soon!

For more information on Ice, or any of the other wonderful DAWG dogs, please submit an online application. There is no obligation. Once your application is received, a DAWG volunteer will contact you.
