Poor Lena. What a life she has led, but things are looking up! Lena was at the shelter with her puppies and was going to be euthanized because her puppies didn't need her any longer. Lena was bedraggled-looking, as a mother dog will be after having puppies. We felt sorry for Lena and knew she was a sweet dog, just out of luck and time. So Lena became a DAWG dog. We took Lena to her first adoption show to introduce her and take pictures. So if her pictures make her look hesitant, she was then...but no more!! Lena greets people like they are her best buds...no questions asked! She is soft and cuddly and people keep saying she looks like a teddy bear. Even better, she acts like a teddy bear would act. Lena is so darn cute you can't help but want to hug her. Go right ahead! Lena is a confident, happy dog filled with love. She will bring joy to anyone's life.
