We're not sure why Lincoln ended up with his name, but we're hoping he will be adopted before he knows it. After all, he is a simply adorable teenager, perfect in all ways. Why was he at the shelter? Because he "shed" (get a brush!), and the kids were supposedly scared of Lincoln. Oh, come ON! That's like being scared of a teddy bear! In fact, he really does remind you of a teddy bear.

Lincoln would be a great second dog, as he seems submissive and yet full of fun and enthusiasm when he is with other dogs. But he can be adopted as an only dog/pet as well. For sure he's terribly confused, but he seems to be adjusting to his new life with us. He's such a darling. Plan to meet him soon!

For more information on Lincoln, or any of the other wonderful DAWG dogs, please submit an online application. There is no obligation. Once your application is received, a DAWG volunteer will contact you.
