Mac is a highly energetic and playful Pomeranian, who is good with other dogs, and with cats. He is housebroken, crate trained, and neither food nor toy aggressive. Mac needs quite a bit of exercise, and as such would not be suitable for someone who is gone most of the day. He will only be placed in a home with a fenced yard where he can run off some of his Pom energy. He is not suitable for homes with children under 14, as he tends to play very rough, grabbing at toys with no regard to where a human’s hand may be at the time. He needs a dog-experienced owner who can gently work with him on his manners in that regard. He is bright and learns many things quickly; however, he is also stubborn, and pretends not to hear you when asked to do something he doesn’t want to do! However, Mac is also affectionate and sweet and likes nothing better than hanging with his humans, unless it’s running full speed ahead or playing with his squeaky toys. Oh, and did we mention that he is cute as a button? If you come to meet him, you will be smitten!
