Pippin was initially adopted at a shelter by people who later notified the shelter that he was coming back because something wrong with his skin. But then they didn't bring him back (nor take Pippin to the vet for treatment). When the adopters finally brought Pippin back to the shelter, we had already arranged to get him and then quickly started treatment for a common skin condition. Today, Pippin's beautiful black curls are coming back, and in a short while he will be a knockout as he surely was before!

Pippin is a special little guy. He is very content to sit on your lap (his picture shows him on his handler's lap, no less in a fashionable red hoodie!), but he is playful too. He looks at you with those chocolate eyes and loves you with complete abandon. How could a neglected dog be that way? Because dogs live in the present, even if they don't forget the past. Pippin's ready to start his life again and deserves only the best!
