If you have a bad day and need a hug, you need Serenity!  Our new girl can't get enough of crawling into your lap (complete with a contented sigh). She adores people and seems to smile with her whole body -- eyes, mouth, and legs encircling you. If you're looking for an aloof dog, Serenity's not for you! 
 
How did such a fantastic dog find her way to DAWG? Like so many dogs with unappreciative or neglectful prior owners, Serenity was dumped at the local shelter, obviously right after having puppies. We don't know what happened to the puppies, and hate to think about their fates. If Serenity knows what happens, she has moved on and shows incredible "spirit" considering all that has occurred in her brief life. Now it's her turn to get what's due to her: a loving home with someone who needs...hugs!
