Toto wasn't looking for Dorothy, but he was stray when Animal Control picked him up. We're in love with this little guy, complete with his goofy grin!

Toto is a one-of-a-kind guy who loves to be picked up and loved on. We think he is probably a character too, but his lover-boy personality is what you notice first. People are going to be lined up to meet our Toto!
